Mr Lee Sai Yin is the Deputy General Manager of Vico Construction Pte Ltd, with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in workplace safety and health (WSH). He has extensive expertise in Safety Management Systems and is well-versed in key international standards. His practical experience covers a wide range of areas including construction safety, site operations, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Lee currently serves as the Lead for Safe Lifting under the SCAL Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee, where he actively champions improvements in lifting safety practices across the industry. In addition, he contributes his expertise to national-level efforts as a member of both the Lorry Crane Workgroup and the Workgroup on Safety under the Safety and Quality Standards Committee (SQSC).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth, bringing a unique blend of technical acumen and operational leadership to his roles.
